Refund policy
We are happy to accept change of mind returns for refund within 14 days of your order being received.
To be eligible for a return;
1. Items must be unused and in the same condition they are received, including the shrink wrap protection
2. Items must also be returned in the original or similar padded packaging to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. Refunds will not be processed for items that are not received in their original received condition.
3. Please include your name and order number in the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of your return being received.
If your order arrives defective in any way or appears to damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received so that we can investigate the situation and rectify for you.
